* gsf/gsf-msole-utils.c: Add new function
gsf_msole_iconv_get_codepage_string_list() which returns all
possible names of a codepage given a codepage number. This helps
gsf_msole_iconv_open_codepage_for_(im|ex)port().
* gsf-win32/Makefile.am: some more minor changes so that
libgsf_win32_1_la can be built as dll.
