URLs (file:/// vs. file:/). Backported from HEAD.
* patches/OOO_1_1/fpicker-kde-partial-kio.diff: Partially support
KIO (download the file locally if we cannot handle it). Copied from
HEAD.
* patches/OOO_1_1_4/apply: Apply the fpicker patches.
