* gail/Makefile.am
* tests/Makefile.am: Use -no-undefined on Windows.
* gail/gailwindow.c: Provide dummy implementation of
gail_window_get_mdi_zorder() on Windows for now, just to make it
build.
* tests/Makefile.am: Don't build libferret on Windows.
