Paolo Molaro says mono_thread_detach is evil. Don't use it.
* patches/mono/bridges-source-mono_uno-managed_proxy-cs.diff
(NativeProxy): new property, pointer to the uno_Interface that
wraps us.
(Acquire, Release): call the native acquire and release impl.
* patches/mono/bridges-source-mono_uno-bridge-cs.diff
(CreateManagedProxy): set NativeProxy pointer on the managed
proxy.
