* log4j.properties: Add NDC to get src IP address.
* YarrrServlet.java: Add NDC.
* PersonMonitor.java: New file; polls for people with 0 refcount.
* Person.java: Implement toString and hashCode, and fix broken compareTo.
* ActiveTopic.java: Add a PersonMonitor. We double pollForChanges as a
way to detect presence. However it is broken at the moment since
Tomcat doesn't seem to kill a processing thread when its associated
connection is broken.
* topic.js: Add a new poll when presentpersons changes and also a newline
between present people.
