The bug_id's of all used tables must match; I must have been out of my mind
when I thought this wasn't needed for ORs. Anyway, that out-of-mind experience
caused some of the DOSes from SQL going haywire. Fixed now, though, with a
little bit of other stuff cleaned up. So, we can finally do
(comment:"sometext" OR summary:"sometext")
again.
