* src/xml-sax-read.c : moved into the core from a plugin
* src/xml-sax-write.c : ditto.
(gnm_cellregion_to_xml) : new.
* src/xml-io.c (xml_cellregion_write) : delete the DOM based version.
(xml_init) : register the sax in/out routines
