* src/vgerror.c (vg_error_stack_new): Return NULL (this isn't a
void function).
(vg_error_parser_step): handle parsing the time-stamp if it
exists.
(vg_error_to_string): Handle outputting the time-stamp if
available.
(vg_error_summary_to_string): Same.
(vg_error_stack_to_string): Same.
