* bsebus.h, bsebux.c: save syncronization state across restore.
re-syncronize in restore_finish if required.
* bseobject.h, bseobject.c: introduced restore_start and resotore_finish
methods, and IN_RESTORE state.
* bsestorage.h, bsestorage.c: call restore_start before restoring
objects and call restore_finish after restoring.
