* src/vfakeio.h (class GMH323FakeVideoInputDevice): Added
declaration of error_loading_pixbuf.
* src/vfakeio.cpp (async_read_cb, async_open_cb)
(error_loading_pixbuf): When an error happens while reading the
user-supplied image-file call error_loading_pixbuf and set
gnomemeeting logo as the image.
