* comment.js: Add CommentTextArea class for shared text area creation.
Add nonfunctional cancel button. Add setTextArea method so we can
steal an existing CommentEntry textarea.
* topic.js: Major changes to CommentTextArea to create proto-text area
which we pass to a Comment when we get it back from the server.
The big remaining bug in this is your editing position is not preserved.
