* Deploying To Tomcat.txt: document the workaround that Colin showed me
that makes Eclipse's deploy to Tomcat actually work
* Whiteboard.java: cleanup of imports and of generateImageFromFile
* topic.js: remove hardcoded size from call to Whiteboard constructor
* whiteboard.js: remove size from Whiteboard constructor; grab size in
response to image load events (get from naturalWidth/Height of image); use
640x480 as a default when calculating a size for the popup editor window.
