* INSTALL:
- Updated to latest standard GNU version.
* Makefile.am:
* configure.ac:
* data/Makefile.am:
* data/mime/Makefile.am:
* src/Makefile.am:
- Finally pass "make distcheck".
- Build bzip2 archives in addition to gzip archives.
- Don't run update-*-database during "make install" if DESTDIR is set.
- Don't install GConf schemas during "make install" if DESTDIR is set.
