diff, suffers from a db4/gcj4 bug making help build impossible with
gcj yet... Probably should be build extra with sun/blackdown jdk

* patches/src680/cws-gcj4.diff: backport cws-gcj4.diff
* patches/src680/gcj-dbtool.diff: remove, obsoleted by cws-gcj4.diff
* patches/src680/filter-no-sun-misc.diff: don't use sun.misc.*
* patches/src680/apply: add/remove above patches
* bin/package-ooo: install oobase wrapper into -base (Debian)
* distro-configs/Debian.conf.in: --with-system-db
* patches/src680/system-stdlibs.diff: remove bogus hunk
