* configure.ac:
Ged rid of all API checks which check for 1.8-only API, and introduce
a Gecko version check instead.
* extensions/error-viewer/mozilla/ErrorViewerConsoleListener.cpp:
* extensions/page-info/mozilla/mozilla-helpers.cpp:
Use new HAVE_GECKO_1_8 define instead of the API defines.
