More correctly detect recursive MergeFile inclusion.
* libmenu/gmenu-tree.c:
(load_merge_file): remove the menu file from
the loaded_menu_files hash as soon as we've
recursed over it.
(gmenu_tree_load_layout): insert the root menu
file to the loaded_menu_files hash and don't
strdup() the path when inserting.
