* Whiteboard.java: Renamed various "get" methods to "write" as appropiate.
Implemented a simple caching scheme; each of the thumbnail PNG, the
full-size PNG and the full-size image have a one-slot cache (note that
there are depdencies between these). Logging and tests show this
massively reduces the amount of redrawing on the server. Begins to
thrash when you start posting snapshots into the chat and have new clients
connecting/refreshing.
