* goffice/data/go-data-simple.c: (go_data_matrix_val_as_str),
(go_data_matrix_val_from_str): made things work.
* plugins/plot_surface/gog-surface.c: (gog_contour_plot_update),
(gog_contour_view_render): avoid crashes and weird displays
when there are no data for the axis.
