* src/main.c (child_setup_env, spawn_app, main):
re-write to use g_spawn instead of unsafe fork code.
Use popt arguments properly; launch gtk-demo less
frequently.
* src/poke.c (update_text_caret): split.
(update_if_text): from here.
(editable_text_changed_cb): call here too.
