* configure.in, download.in, bin/build-galleries, bin/ooinstall,
bin/unpack, doc/gallery.txt, doc/openclipart.txt: allow to build
and install the OOo galleries out of box; it is enough to use
the new --with-openclipart configure switch, see doc/openclipart.txt
