* src/Exif.cs: bind dump function so we can see what is going on.
* src/PixbufUtils.cs: add orientation rotations. Fix the fix the
orientation transform functions. Fix TransformAndCopy tmp buff bounds.
* src/JpegFile.cs: make SetOrientation work.
