Other changes (in french):
- coupure d'un paragraphe de l'article 12 en deux paragraphes
- changement dans les objectifs : on cherche à promouvoir GNOME avant
les logiciels libres et les standards ouverts (qu'on cherche aussi à
promouvoir). On cherche aussi à favoriser le déploiement de tout cela.
