* servers/exchange/storage/Makefile.am : Install headers.
Install .pc file.
* servers/exchange/storage/libexchange-storage.pc.in: Moved from
servers/exchange.
* servers/exchange/lib/Makefile.am : Similar
* calendar/backends/Makefile.am : Removed the exchange calendar. This
need not be moved to e-d-s now.
* camel/camel-provider.h : Back ported the changes from HEAD to solve
build break
* camel/providers/groupwise/camel-groupwise-provider.c : Similar
* configure.in : Bump the version to 1.4.0.
Moved libexchange-storage.pc to storage directory.
