* Sunrise.pm: Change the way reject-program-map.txt works, if the
filename doesn't start with a '-', set the exitcode to 0 (meaning
success). This ensures the bugreport is NOT forwarded to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
* bugzilla.gnome.org/reject-program-list.txt: Remove '-' from the
filename. Add warnings.
