* patches/src680/apply (DebianOnly),
patches/src680/back-to-db3.diff: go back to db3
* bin/unpack: copy db-3.2.9.tar.gz into the tree if it exists
in $SRCDIR; enable disable-helpcontent2.diff since helpcontent2
now builds using db3.
* distro-configs/Debian.conf.in: remove --with-system-db
* bin/unpack: copy db-3.2.9.tar.gz and db-2.3.2.9patch into the tree
if db-3.2.9.tar.gz exists in ooo-build/src
