fix stack space allocation for set attributes.
(MapToUno): fix sequence/any walking, clobber/hack
sequence<unsigned signed> type marshalling -
Marshal.Copy is somewhat lame.
fix 'fixed (uint *arrayPtr = array)' exception when
array len is 0.
