Log message:
- rewrote the buddylist treeview
- buddy groups now expand/collapse on double-click
- moved on_command_whois and on_command_whois_pubkey into one function,
on_command_whois (which now takes SilkyBuddy* as argument, instead of a
clientid)
- write backup of buddies.conf and user's servers.conf after they load
succesfully on startup
