* libgtkhtml/css/cssmatcher.c (css_matcher_apply_rule): Get rid of the
check for HTML_ATOM_BOTTOM for the text-align tag
Replace the g_assert_not_reached with a g_message which handles both
the bottom align case, as well as unknown alignment values
Fixes #306746
