* player/Makefile.am: cleanup
* rhythmdb/rhythmdb.c: (action_thread_main),
(rhythmdb_save_thread_main), (query_thread_main),
(rhythmdb_do_full_query_async_parsed):
send a RHYTHMDB_EVENT_DB_SAVED event even if we don't have to save
the database, otherwise the read counter doesn't get decreased
* widgets/gst-hig-dialog.c: removed
* widgets/gst-hig-dialog.h: removed
* widgets/rb-query-creator.c: added beginning of a support for
filtering by Path
