Allow bugreports to be rejected using the stracktrace.
* Sunrise.pm: Determine if bugreport is a known crasher using
crashers-map.txt. Also change reject program map handling to only
silently reject if the filename starts with '-'. This to match the
other parts of Sunrise.pm.
* submit.pl: Fix exit handling.
* find-traces.pl: From bugzilla-new/dupfinder/. Allows to retrieve
functions from a stack trace in a bugreport.
* bugzilla.gnome.org/crashers-map.txt: List of known crashers.
* bugzilla.gnome.org/reject-fixed-crasher.txt: Reject message the
reporter receives when the bugreport matches a known (FIXED) crasher.
* bugzilla.gnome.org/reject-program-list.txt: Due to the submit.pl and
Sunrise.pm changes, the filename should now be prepended with a '-'
to ensure the bugreport isn't forwarded to bugmaster for
investigation.
