(cairoHelperGetGlitzSurface): fixed glitz surface creating, we
create new window in slide show parent window. the new window has
the right visual for gl context

move glitz related code to cairo_helper.cxx

remove flushing the back buffer, redraw manager now takes care

use back buffer for background drawing, create another cairo
surface to composite all the sprites with background

use double coordinates as we have antialiasing

set size to back buffers

create new surface in case we aready have one, otherwise leave it
for later
