* camel-folder.c (camel_folder_get_parent_store)
(camel_folder_get_full_name, camel_folder_get_name): Removed more
redundant interfaces, these are property gets or pointers, use
those.
(camel_folder_free_nop, camel_folder_free_shallow)
(camel_folder_free_deep): more old cruft to go.
(filter_free): fre uids using another function not a public one.
(*): Make the folder->summary optional, if not present noop
a few default functions.
