anuta_util_dialog_input() to pass default value. Save/load project
configure and execution parameters in/from session.

symbol browser is loaded.
* plugins/profile-default/plugin.c: Fixed an unbalanced shell
freeze/thaw.
* plugins/terminal/terminal.c: Fixed bug where repeated activate and
deactivate would not start shell.
