* plug-ins/jpeg/jpeg-load.c: load embedded ICC profiles and attach
them as "icc-profile" parasite.
* plug-ins/jpeg/jpeg-save.c: look for the "icc-profile" parasite
and embed the profile in the JPEG file if it is available.
