build/src680-m104/canvas/source/cairo/cairo_windowgraphicdevice.cxx:
move cleaning/destoying of cairo and surface to dispose
method. let getSurface just return window surface, we have
getSimilar for other needs
* build/src680-m104/canvas/source/cairo/cairo_spritecanvas.cxx:
dispose graphic device, slideshow or impress are leaking the
graphic device and we need to destroy the surface once it's not
needed
* build/src680-m104/canvas/source/cairo/cairo_canvashelper.cxx:
make sure we destroy the surface
* build/src680-m104/canvas/source/cairo/cairo_backbuffer.cxx:
destroy cairo and surface
