* parser.c: fix for #309761 from Dylan Shell
* xmlschemas.c include/libxml/xmlschemas.h: added xmlSchemaSAXPlug
and xmlSchemaSAXUnplug generic APIs for SAX Schemas validation.
* xmllint.c: couple of fixes plus added descriptions for --sax and
--sax1
