* docs/index.html: Remove links to useless bonobo stuff. Correct the name
of the canvas link, instead of having duplicate libglademm links.
* gdk/src/pixbuf.ccg:
* gdk/src/pixbuf.hg: Add a save_to_buffer() overload without the options
parameters. Added reference documentation.
* gtk/src/entrycompletion.hg: Remove extra ;.
