* bin/hicontrast-to-theme.sh: Copy the icons instead of moving (for
now).
* Makefile.shared: hicontrast-to-theme.sh in artwork.install.
* configure.in: Add "hicontrast" to the list of built themes.
* patches/src680/icons-gui-svx.diff,
patches/src680/icons-switching-svtools.diff,
patches/src680/icons-switching-vcl.diff: Allow switching to the
HiContrast theme.
