Log message:
Removing unnecessary limits.h. So, here's the deal: g++ 2.95.7 doesn't
support ::numeric_types, because it is on crack. We could define INT64_MIN etc
ourselves if we care about staying buildable on g++ 2, but I think a system
running that is unlikely to meet the rest of our dependencies. We'll see.
