* glom/document/document_glom.cc:
get_data_layout_groups_plus_new_fields(): Create a more useful
default details layout, with overview and details sections.
* glom/utility_widgets/flowtable.cc:
get_minimum_column_height(): Change a < to <= so we check
all widgets, so that multi-column FlowTables work when they
have only one item.
