some valgrind fixes. change ControlTree to have initializers in DasherTypes.h,
fix delete[]/delete errors in DasherViewSquare.cpp, factor some copy-and-pasted
code in Push_Node in DasherModel.cpp and add an initializer for total_nats in
same file
