* configure.in: Generate thumbnailer/Makefile. Add a test for GConf.
* Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Added the thumbnailer directory.
* gsf/gsf-utils.c (gsf_init): Call bindtextdomain() and
bind_textdomain_codeset().
* gsf/gsf-clip-data.c: Mark strings for translation.
* gsf/gsf-blob.c: Likewise.
* gsf/gsf-msole-utils.c: Mark strings in GErrors for translation.
* gsf/Makefile.am (AM_CPPFLAGS): Add the locale directory.

* Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Add po.
(ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS): New variable.
(EXTRA_DIST): Add config.rpath, m4/ChangeLog.
* configure.in (AC_CONFIG_FILES): Add po/Makefile.in.
