* file-chooser/gtkfilesystemgnomevfs.c: Kill all the GConf code
that was #ifdef-ed out - we haven't used it to load bookmarks for
a long time now.
(directory_load_callback): Call gdk_threads_leave() as well if we
return prematurely.
(monitor_callback): Likewise.
(*): Add a little bunch of code to aid profiling.
