* Makefile.am:
- Added --disable-scrollkeeper to DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS
* gnome-doc-utils.make:
- Fixed up some *_FIGURE stuff
- Prefixed all the targets with -doc-
- Fixed builddir issue for dist-doc-header
* po/vi.po:
- Removed offending extra question.xref
