Fix snap to grid for RTL mode.
* src/sheet-control-gui.c (snap_pos_to_grid) : handle RTL and scaling
here.
(snap_to_grid) : merge into.
(apply_move) : here.
Fix object motion in RTL mode.
* src/gnumeric-canvas.c (gnm_canvas_window_to_coord) : new.
* src/gnumeric-pane.c (cb_pane_drag_data_received) : use it here.
(cb_gnm_pane_drag_motion) : and here.
