* autogen.sh (srcdir): Set $srcdir automatically based on `dirname
$0` if not set. Fixes bug #158322

* gucharmap/Makefile.am (BUILT_SOURCES): Add
gucharmap-marshal.[ch] and fix build rules for those files so it
works when srcdir != builddir.
