vbaoutline.obj to object list
* patches/src680/qpro-build.diff: needed to piggy back this file as
sc/prj/build.lst changes affect same line as existing patch.
* distro-configs/SUSE.conf.in: add --enable-vba=yes as default
* build/patches/src680/apply: add VBAObject to LinuxCommon updated list
of patches.
