* bin/install-dict.in: support also the new thesaurus dictionaries with
filenames suffixed by "_v2"
* bin/install-dictionaries: list some more dictionaries
* bin/package-ooo: create a file list for the mono subpackage
* patches/cairo/Makefile.am: removed the non-existing file "apply" from
EXTRA_DIST list
