* scratch/canvas-cairo/makefile.mk: added -lX11 when linking for
XSync
* build/src680-m118/cairo/makefile.mk: fixed PKG_CONFIG_PATH so
that it includes original path as well. put fake .pc file to build
dir and keep it there
