* camel-groupwise-folder.c:
* camel-groupwise-store.c: Don't use g_ascii_strncasecmp in all
the cases when lenght is going to be constant, replace it with
g_ascii_strcasecmp where we need case insensitive comparison,
and strcmp in others.
